SHIPPING POLICY
Our priority is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter your geographical location.
- All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. All PRAY & Hustle apparel items are custom made. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
- PRAY & Hustle is not responsible for lost, mishandled, or misplaced items by USPS.
- If you're using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- Once your order has shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact USPS for shipping updates.
SIZING
- We offer unisex tees and hoodies, which means they run larger.
- ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want you to LOVE your PRAY & Hustle apparel as much as we do!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY. There are NO refunds.
To exchange, customers must contact our support team at [email protected] for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first. Items must be in sale-able condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting). Our apologies in advance, shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges will apply.
- If an exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
- Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing.
- Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed.
